For examples:

Spring on our motorcycle or bicycle absorbing shock, and let us sit more comfort.



 Spring on the clip helps to hold the hair tightly.


The spring on the battery holder connects the battery to the circuit.

The spring in the stapler holds the staples thight in its carrier.


The spring at the cutter keeps the cutter open easily.

Materials that can absorb water

Let us find out materials that can absorb water by a small experiment.


First, prepare a plastic spoon and a bottle of red syrup.

Pour some red syrup in to the spoon .

Now, put the material you wish to test on the syrup in spoon.


Observation:  

Did the material wet ?
Did the material change in red colour ?
